My recent stay at Wyndham Grand Doha West Bay Beach was exceptional! the hotel is new and absolutely stunning, located in the heart of a charming area in Qatar. Our room with an ocean view on a higher floor was simply amazing, thanks to the attentive staff at reception for fulfilling our request. the jacuzzi was spacious and warm, and the swimming pool was pristine. the room service was prompt and the breakfast buffet was a delightful culinary experience, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for my family, providing complimentary early check-in and late check-out for my parents. Their caring and polite demeanor truly impressed us. the hotel's convenient location made it easy to explore the Metro and other key attractions in the city. I am grateful for the hotel's understanding and flexibility when we accidentally missed a cancellation, showcasing their excellent customer service. This 5-star hotel offers top-notch facilities including a fitness center, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool. the restaurant served a delectable mix of local and international cuisines, catering to diverse palates. the lobby was elegantly decorated, and the complimentary Arabic coffee was a nice touch.
